- Vendor-Lab, Rad, and HIE: Stakeholders involved in various aspects of the Healthcare project will review Salesforce to get the current status of a project or communicate for any project-related progress.

Workflow:
Integration setup
- Configured custom API connections between the Healthcare system and Salesforce for seamless data exchange.
- Default Salesforce APIs are utilized to establish seamless data exchange.
Real-time and scheduled data transfer
- Real-time data updates, such as Implementation progress, are recorded using Webhooks to trigger data transfer instantaneously.
- Other data, such as project progress, is scheduled for hourly updates from the Healthcare system to Salesforce.
Project process tracking
- Project Engineer logs project progress updates in Salesforce, triggering progress notifications to relevant stakeholders.
- Key trigger points for updates include phase changes, owner updates, and expected completion timelines.
User access management
- The Integrations have appropriate user access levels to ensure data security and privacy.
- Two different levels of users are defined to restrict and permit access to data based on roles and responsibilities.
Time and activity tracking
- Internal data metrics are implemented to automatically track time spent on the project and activities performed during implementation.
- Data analysis identifies gaps, delays, and areas for improvement.
Chatbot implementation
- A dedicated Chatbot is developed to facilitate direct communication between the Vendor Owner and Implementation Engineer within Salesforce.
